How can I place an order?

Add all the goods you need to the cart. Click on the cart icon, check that everything is correct. Choose delivery and payment method. Correct any information if you need to and then click "Complete" button.

If you already have an account on our site and had placed orders before, please check that your contact information is still correct for today.

If it's your first order, you can:

- register new account and next time you would't have to fill your contact and shipment information again.

- purchase your order and fill contact and shipment information without registering account.

Please make sure all the fields filled correct.

You can purchase your order via this website or in our store (Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Italianskaya str. 12E) only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can, but only if your order status is "Awaiting payment", "Payment Received", "Order Processing", "Order Check", "Waiting For Your Feedback". If your order status is "Ready For Shipment", then we dot't garantee the possibility of changing the order. In all other cases order cancelation is unavailable/

What if goods in the parcel are broken, missed, wrong sized, or I just don't like what I get?

Broken goods, opened package​, missing goods​: 
Please open your parcel at the post office. It's necessary to draw up a report about broken items otherwise you won't get returns without any reports. 

Also you need to draw up a report about opened package or shortage of goods.

Return of goods: 
Return of goods should be performed by parcel post without cash on delivery not later than 2 weeks after reception (delivery is paid by you according to 497 article of Civil Code of the Russian Federation). It's necessary to attach a billhead of your order. Repayment of moneyback can be performed by discount coupon in out store, postal transfer, to banking account or cell phone number.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in any case, so we could solve your problem.

 

What if I made a mistake on my name or shipping address while placing the order?

If you made a mistake on your name information, your parcel will arrive to the post office or pick point, but you could'n get it because of id mismatch. If you made a mistake in address, then parcel will arrive in the wrong place and then will get back to us.

If you made a mistake on your information, please contact us as soon as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

You can check your delivery cost in the cart. Just add some goods (8$ or more) in your cart and specify your location information.

Can you deliver my order to another country and how much does it cost?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Delivery cost outward Russia is about 6$. See more in "Delivery".

When can I expect to receive my order?

Parcel delivery time depends on delivery service. You'll see your order estimated delivery time on order purchasing page when picking shipping method. 

How do I know my order is delivered?

You can track your order via tracking number. We'll send you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Also you can check the latest updates by clicking on the link at "My Orders" section after your order status will be changed to "Order dispatched".

 

Why am I have an error "Unfortunately, your parcel information is not found"?

Probably, you've been trying to track your parcel right after you order status has been changed to "Order dispatched". Information about your parcel may not been updated in delivery service database yet, just try once again a bit later.
